PAC Highlights Automatic Pallet Strapping System

PAC Strapping Products is highlighting its Fully-Auto Pallet Strapping Machine Top-Seal with Compression, an advanced system designed to improve load stability, efficiency and safety in demanding industrial environments.

The PSS733VTSP features a top-mounted ARES TP-733-SH strapping head and delivers up to 2.5 tons of compression to secure palletized loads for transport. The system is designed for applications in the corrugated, paper and glass bottle industries.

Built with an all-electric drive design, the machine combines strength, speed and precision while reducing energy consumption and maintenance requirements. Friction-weld sealing technology supports both polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET) strapping. Siemens PLC and HMI controls provide programmable settings and automated operation for high-volume production environments.

The system offers adjustable compression force, a movable strap lance, strap end ejector and adjustable head movement speed. Operators can program up to 30 settings to accommodate varying pallet sizes and load requirements.

The machine is available in two configurations: the PSS733VTSP-S (single head, single track) and the PSS733VTSP-T (two heads, three tracks). Both models can strap up to 120 pallets per hour.

Optional features include a light tower with low-strap sensor, underfeed channel and automatic strap feed to the strapping head for integration into automated production lines.
