Stainless Steel Strapping Solutions
PAC Strapping Products offers stainless steel strapping machines built for harsh, wet, and corrosive environments where standard equipment cannot hold up. Each machine features SUS 304 stainless steel construction with rust-resistant or corrosion-retardant internal components, and sealed electrical control boxes to protect against moisture and dampness.
These machines are commonly used in meat processing, seafood, poultry, marine, and other industries where equipment is exposed to regular washdown conditions or elevated humidity. Three models are available to accommodate different production volumes and application requirements.
Our Models
SM60-ST
The SM60-ST is the best fit for facilities that require a fully automatic strapper capable of withstanding direct washdown. Its IP 54-rated electrical control unit and internal heating device make it the most water-resistant option in the stainless steel lineup, and it is the recommended choice for meat, seafood, and poultry processing environments where equipment is regularly exposed to water spray or high humidity.
It is available as a standalone strapper or integrated with an automated conveyor system, making it a practical option for both moderate and higher-volume packaging lines that require a hygienic, low-maintenance solution.
Key Features:
- SUS 304 stainless steel cabinet with rust-resistant and corrosion-retardant internal components
- IP 54-rated electrical control protection
- Side seal design keeps moisture and debris away from the strapping head
- Internal strap dispenser protects the strap coil from moisture
- 24V low-voltage motors and heater for operator safety
- Internal heating device prevents humidity buildup
- Mercury strapping head with German-made brushless DC motors (no belts, clutches, or pulleys)
- Auto strap ejector clears unwanted strap if the machine is activated without a package
- Strap end ejector prepares the machine for the next coil
- Sensor-controlled heater for consistent sealing efficiency
- Adjustable table height from 17.5″ to 25.3″
Available Options:
- Light tower with low strap sensor
- Small package configuration
- Siemens PLC control
- Energy-saving transit with auto sleep mode
- Side pusher for improved strapping performance
- Dual press bar for compressible materials or telescoped boxes

SM65-S
The SM65-S is a good fit for operations that need high-speed automatic strapping in a stainless steel machine but do not require full washdown capability. It brings the full feature set of the SM65 platform into a stainless steel frame, making it well-suited for environments with incidental moisture exposure or where corrosion resistance is a priority without the need for IP 54 protection.
At up to 65 cycles per minute and with waist-high coil changes that require no access to the bottom of the machine, the SM65-S is designed to keep production moving with minimal downtime.
Key Features:
- Stainless steel frame (SUS 304) with selected stainless steel components
- Brushless DC motor direct drive with German-made motors (no belts, clutches, or pulleys)
- Pivoting internal strap dispenser keeps strap dry
- Waist-high auto strap feeding and quick-release coil change
- Jam-free technology, including auto loading, auto feeding, and loop ejection
- Sensor-controlled heater for consistent sealing efficiency
- Hinged top plate and tool-free strap guide access for quick maintenance
- Strap end ejector prepares the machine for the next coil
- Front foot bar switch for easy cycle initiation
- Turnable operating control panel with LCD display, accessible from both front and rear
- Optional internal heater available
Available Options:
- Photo-eye switch
- Rear foot bar switch
- Foot pedal switch
- Lower adjustable table height (29.5″ to 32.28″)

PSM1412S-ST
The PSM1412S-ST is the right choice for lower-volume facilities that need stainless steel construction without the cost of a fully automatic machine. It is a practical, straightforward option for operations where strapping is performed periodically rather than continuously, and where the environment involves some exposure to moisture or corrosive conditions rather than direct washdown.
Like the SM60-ST, it uses a side-mounted strapping head design to keep moisture away from critical sealing components. It is not rated for direct washdown, so facilities with regular water spray should consider the SM60-ST instead.
Key Features:
- 302 stainless steel body and stainless steel head parts
- Side-mounted strapping head allows moisture to drain through the table rather than through the head
- IP Standard 20
- Adjustable strapping table accommodates a wide range of package sizes
- Integrated circuit control board minimizes downtime and maintenance
- 8×8 core size standard (9×8 core available)
Technical Specifications
