How to use a Windlass Tensioner for Plastic Strapping

2. Threading – Thread the free end of the strap through the back of the tool, allowing approximately 3″ of overhang front the front of the tool.
3. Wrap the strap around the load
4. Threading – Take the end of the strap still attached to the coil and thread it through the cutter blade and the windlass
5. Tensioning – Use the tension handle to tighten reach the desired tension
6. Seal placement – Place the seal on both straps at the front of the tool
7. Open the sealer and engage the seal
8. Crimp the seal – Close the sealer and crimp the seal
9. Squeeze handle – Squeeze the handle, automatically cutting the strap
10. Cut strap
11. Remove tool by twisting to the right
